Honestly, I believe when somebody is ordering any food item, it should be received fresh and hot. The roll was packaged but not fresh or hot, anyway the overall experience was not up to the mark🙂.

The firni was like cement. Even when I turned the dish over it stayed obstinately stuck to the base.
