We use temperature controlled thermocol boxes to avoid melting during delivery. Kindly eleborate the improvement suggestion you have.

To ensure that kulfa does not melt on the way to home delivery we have to deep freeze it which sometimes results ice crystals. In case you recieve it super freezed, kindly let it melt for a while to get original soft texture and taste.

In such case please allow it to defrost/melt for a while to get traditional milky texture.

Extremely bad packaging of ice cream in a regular disposable white box, serving size was quite less like extremely less after paying 1200 rs, Quality was so low grade, Qulfa wasn’t creamy

I am sorry you felt like that but to keep kulfa frozen we have to have temperature control packing. Kulfa do not have cream in it, it is made with milk and khoya and that's why it's texture is different from ice cream.
