i had stopped ordering melbrew because of their quality but i recently ordered iced cheesecake matcha and iced french vanilla latte and it was the best thing ever cured my depression and exam anxiety

marble cake was very hard

the ice tea was very diluted and did not taste like the syrup for Spanish latte. I even wrote special instructions for it. but the caramel Frappe was really good

I paid extra for whipped cream but there was no whipped cream in my coffee

The coffee was great when the shop opened but over the last 3-4 months, the quality has dropped. Its less sweet, with bitter after taste. It feels like the baristas have changed and quality has droped

the staff is always nice & cooperative. hwver the coffee this time was awful 😭 it didn't have the lotus taste at all or even a coffee taste. it tasted burnt & the texture was thick and grainy 😖

The matcha matte needs a bit more sweetener 🥲

All the iced teas were filled with ice upto the top and very little drink… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Added whipped cream and paid for it too, but the coffee was delivered without whipped cream :((

There was no whipped cream in the coffee

Coffee was quite bitter. They should use a fresh espresso shot everytime.

I paid an additional 570 rs for an extra shot of espresso and whipped cream. Neither one was included in my hazelnut iced latte. Very unfortunate customer service. Also don’t answer their phone.

The hot chocolate tasted more like chocolate milk! I could just make it at home! So disappointed.

Asked without ice and gave half cup of coffee even without ice

Ingredient proportions were not correct. It did not taste like the usual Melbrew Iced Spanish.
